I am passionate that “fitness is for everybody”. I believe that there is not just one way to exercise and train, but that everything can be modified to suit everybody's needs and fitness goals. The best way to stay motivated in your exercise is to find out what your goals are and what excites you. I love running sessions for all abilities and the challenge of adapting my classes to suit everybody’s needs - because "fitness is for everybody"!
Some of the qualifications I have obtained over my 25 years working in the fitness and wellness industry include:
- Associate Diploma in Social Science
- Cert III & IV in Group Fitness Leading & Personal Training
- Pre- and Post-natal fitness instructor
- Sub 30 Core trainer (pelvic floor and deep core muscles)
- Boxing levels 1 & 2
- Registered with Fitness Australia
