Kids Cardio has been running for 15 years and was developed for children aged 5+. This class is designed for children of all abilities to build up their skills and fitness in a fun and non-competitive way.

Core Restore
 An effective 30 minute program designed to work your deep core muscles and pelvic floor. Great for improving back strength, posture, post-natal mums, pelvic floor strength (no more leakages)! Sessions can be done in person or online.
