Kate has been the reason for a big improvement to my health and wellbeing. She is a dedicated PT who is organised and knowledgeable and I really enjoy my sessions with her. My PT sessions are varied and interesting, we could be boxing, weight lifting, puffing through a cardio session or practising yoga. She has improved my strength and fitness and is very encouraging without being too pushy. Kate mentored me through a weight loss program and has supported me when I have not been enthused to exercise. I decided to do the healthpoint program in July 2020. I had gone on a much loved mountain hike and barely made it. I weighed myself and I was the heaviest I had ever been. Healthpoint helped me to reset mindset regarding food, and reset my body. I lost 15kgs after 2 rounds of the program. I feel like I am in control of my habits and eating. My kids have enjoyed Kate’s Kids Cario classes for many years. Her classes work so well for all ages and abilities and Kate makes everyone feel welcome but never pressures kids to do an activity that makes them uncomfortable. My kids have been exposed to all kinds of sports and activities they may not have otherwise been introduced to. Somehow Kate makes sure the kids are motivated and challenged without being a highly competitive environment.
